Not sure how many can see, but to me, UTF is a very controllable investment tool. It is up to one to tailor it to one's liking and not many investment tool can replicate this effect.

Are we talking about the same fund:
CIMB-Principal Asia Pacific Dynamic Income Fund (MYR) ?
As far as I know, last distribution was recently in Nov, and reflected in FSM on 01Dec already. Where do you see the info on distribution?

Rebound seems to be short lived. Buying window might reopened tomorrow. There is an explosion in manhattan
*
lol this is the most silliest thing to say. the new York explosion had zero casualties, heck even the terrorist is still alive. worst was a ring in the ear and headaches for those around him.

if every stock market was like you, it would have crashed at every news like Selina gomez turning her instagram into private.

pfft.

For now, I am using FundSuperMart, purely to purchase CIMB-Principal PRS Plus Asia Pacific Ex-Japan Equity - Class C.

Having said that, upon account opening, FundSuperMart has assigned a Client Investment Specialist to me.

There should not be any problem, if I choose to ignore this Client Investment Specialist, right?

We are supposed to use DIY approach in investing in FundSuperMart, without any help from Client Investment Specialist.
*
we all have a "client investment specialist". it's nothing bro.

I am new to this Forum (Just  started reading this Forum in Early 2017)

Started with FSM Managed Portfolio - Agressive Portfolio

Started in 31 May 2017
1. June Statement: -4.28% Loss
2. July Statement: 3.32% Profit
3. Sept Statement :3.16% Profit
4. October Statement: 6.86% Profit
5. November Statement: 3.67% Profit

So year to date so far averaging about 3.5% Profit... still less than FD ... IMHO ... maybe i should switch to Balanced Poftfolio ...
*
the shit. your portfolio started in May, it's now December so it took 8 months to give you a 3.5%. now you are being silly by comparing it to FD. higher risk gets better returns

Seasons greetings fellow UTF particpants,

It was a good year wasn't it? I think most of you who were with me for a longer time ,
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «
would have made some gain this year. From Jan 17 to Nov 17 we were all laughing to the bank. If not double digit, at least a high single digit gain.

Having said that, it is the time again for us fortunate ones to take note of our blessings and to give back to society. Yes, be charitable... give some back to the less fortunate. I'll start with myself:

This year I have donated to the Penang Flood Relief & Sri Lanka floor relief via Tzu Chi Foundation and Persatuan Bulan Sabit Merah.

I hope you all will find a suitable cause to support. And btw, under Income Tax Act 1967 Section 44 (6), any donation to approave charitable bodies is eligible for tax relief up to a maximum of 7% aggregate income. So, go ahead, donate and save on tax. Do good, and be rewarded here and now... no need to wait until the afterlife.

Xuzen

I remember you saying this last Christmas and this year you are doing it again. Because of your post and me accepting Buddhism as one of my religion I started giving out more treatments that I do not charge for those who truly cannot afford it and being more charitable.

Thank you again for the reminder.
