Happy new year to all!

Jus realised most of my holdings gave double digits return in 2019. For those jus started out investing in 2019, good for u! Should be solid profit.

didnt dca as frequently as i normally would , unlike past years. Hoho

2018's losses more or less covered by 2019 profits. Big relief..

I always had AmAsia Pacific REITs - Class B (MYR) in my portfolio for diversification. its still flyingggg (+52% now, invested 6 years)

its hard to say 'high' or not.. as long the REITS are giving good returns , the fund will continue to fly.

and also not much china exposure, only 2+%

should be opposite? in low interest environment usually go to REITs for the return..And Reits benefit because bank interest is low

Quoting the chief investment officer for AmFunds :

REITs tend to outperform when interest rates are low and underperform in a rising rate environment, and this has proved to be largely true for REITs in Asia-Pacific.
