eh??

your entire portfolio made a lost of 4k? what you talking about?

come on people why your posts no head no tail one, kejap say paper lost lor, kejap say made huge loses, kejap say wait for discount lor, kejap say wait for big plunge.

Please go back to the basics of unit trust investing, it's quickly turning into a traders corner

DCA thumbsup.gif

I think for the past one year, it has been bull all the way. Those who were waiting for a 20% drop, will have to accept a 4% FD rate because they were holding cash and waiting and waiting and waiting.

While those who enter even DCA slowly have been laughing to the bank (double digit return is quite normal for the past one year).

FSM recommended Moderately Aggressive portfolio just re-balanced with 5% less FI to more 5% EQ brows.gif
Currently set 20:80 for FI:EQ, was 25:75 brows.gif

That's why Ramjade is advocating putting money in ASNx. So it is better than 4%.

I don't know. But he is awfully confident that he is able to purchase any quanties which he likes. Maybe the amount his money is small. Maybe he got lubang. But he is not revealing enough to convince anyone.

That's the tune he is singing all the time.

6% annualized vs 12% annualized for 5 years, capital 10000:

6% -> 13,382.26
12% -> 17,623.42
Delta -> 4241.16 or 42% of your capital

Not sure if the 20% "discount" is worth at all hmm.gif

Hi, could somebody share what is the difference between all the AmAsia REITs funds? There is like AmAsia Pacific REITs plus, AmAsia Pacific REITs MYR class and another one. What are the major differences?
