Actually whats the difference with previous bond? Except previous minimum is 10k now 1k?
*
I logged in just to.
They seems like dividing into two sections:

A. Retail bond with min amount of RM 1k. ---> Anybody can buy it
B. Retail bond with min amount of RM 10k (Wholesales bond) ---> Sophisticated investors only

Sold Manulife Dragon after a YTD of almost +18. Cannot repeat the same mistake of not taking profit. Fully aware that China equities still have lotsa upside to go and considered to cheapest now.

But now I dont know where to put the money after taking profit. :/ But if don't take profit will see profit being slashed when market drops. Aih.

What do you guys usually do?

Yea. I am holding. thinking to liquidate all.

btw, is FSM planning to introduce buying stocks via them? I think FSM SG have the feature.
*
Could be in the pipeline since you can buy retail bonds.
They need to get proper licence from SC & BNM.

I noticed that when they intro FSMOne.

Because I was considering using Rakuten. Is FSMOne SG using nominee account too? Because Rakuten is using a nominee accs.

I'm not expert on this matter.

Not sure if you guys are aware. I believe the market is somehow starting to heat up.
In this section alone, we have a lot of newcomers asking for ETFs, SA, P2P investment, China/EM funds and etc.

To me, it's like a repeat of 2007/2008 when China funds are overheated and started to crumple. The risk appetite is growing higher and higher.

Just my 2 cents. Ignore me if you don't think so!

Interesting point, will keep a look out on subreddits as well. To be honest I see more speculative bears  compared to fomo bulls every time there’s a minor drop

Even my colleagues are asking around for any investment that can generate higher return including conditional FD.

I keep quiet of course!
Everybody's risk appetite is different.

Noticed that too.

But I wasn't here 2007. Mind to share how is the condition?

Because what I know is China back then is not the China now.

That time, almost every FM was rushing to introduce their own China fund.
After Olympics ended, China market crushed.

and most of the news are reported on 2011

but what actually happened?
the china index during 2009 to 2016..
*
I'm not specially saying it's the China dejavu.
What I was trying to point out the risk appetite has been growing stronger; demanding for higher return or higher yielding assets.
It wasn't really similar last year.
