Don't give false info, it is mostly a drop of .25% of SC, don't get over and describe it as 0% SC.
*
What i meant was that the current reduction of 0.25% signals that FSM may cut their charges in the future, right ?

Bro, if i had a problem with FSM, then why would i get on this forum asking for advice if it's good to buy into Manulife India Equity Fund etc.......

I've definitely encountered various bad experiences with sales staffs but none of them were from FSM.

I have always trusted your organization.

Now to answer your question, sadly it's a guy

You can't blame FSM if a Fund fails, right ?

FSM is just a platform that carries a wide range of funds from various fundhouses.

If a given fund daily to provide a positive return to an investor, the given investor would have to curse the Fund Manager and not FSM mega_shok.gif

So here is my portfolio and its time to re-modify my portfolio for the next quarter of the year.

1. Manulife US Equity Fund

2. CIMB Australian Equity Fund

3. Affin Hwang Select Asia (Ex Japan) Quantum Fund.

Presuming that I'm going to cut my stake in US Equity Fund, which fund do you guys recommend me to get into ?

*Trying to stay away from KGF as i just bought their PRS to take advantage of their PRS incentive

Mythbusting: Frequent Rebalancing Improves Portfolio Returns
April 28, 2010
You might have heard this one before: Frequent rebalancing to simultaneously lock in profits and dollar cost average into lower priced assets will provide better returns. We examined the myth and here's what we found.

So Trump apparently complained that the dollar is too strong and that he prefers a softer dollar and wants the fed to keep rates low.

Might be a good time for those that want to get into either RHB's Gold and General Funds / AmPrecious Metals

Nah, i was first skeptical to get into Gold as various economic indicators pointed that the economy is strong, investor being taken up by trumps policies, more trade deals etc but seeing the recent tension between things in the markets made me to have a small stake in the given commodity.

Had some profits from my trading so decided to dump them into UT.

That's it icon_rolleyes.gif

If I'm not mistaken, MAPS is a portfolio management service by the FSM CIS, hence all decision-making eg buy/sell/switch will be done by them based on client's risk appetite etc etc. Correct me if I'm wrong.

However it will be interesting to see the performance of the MAPS portfolio vs lowyat sifus portfolio 😎

Wait, so if this MAPS thingy is being implemented then we can't buy/sell our own funds as desired ?

MAPS is just optional. You can opt in for MAPS if you want. You don't want, then you buy like normal.
*
Assumed that we all had to use MAPS once it's implemented.

I dont know, i just prefer choosing my own funds so i know at the end of the day if i screw things up, it's my fault

Don't worry it's optional. If you decide to use MAPS, you pay higher platform fees.

Thanks for the clarification
