Timing have help me tremendously. I am sticking with what works.
You may laugh all you want but due to my timing, I am still in double digit Green even with latest market sentiment.
So yeah, timing for me. .

Not if you buy at the peak. When you buy at the peak and should it fall by 10-20%, that's wasted time trying to claw back the losses just to break even. You don't want to break even. If break even, better just keep cash.

most older people remembers the China mkt crash in 2007.....
if bought this fund during launching just months before peak & crash......till now still "Double digit" returns

that is just 1 markets...if keep a diversified port.......huat lah....

keep cash??...
at 32% ROI in 10 yrs....wanna keep cash better?

Actually I bought somewhere last year when everything was at it's low. Didn't buy anymore after that. Miss out the 2008 crash. Won't miss the next one for the world.

the most recent lowest of most regions was in the period somewhere in Jan~July 2016...
last year 2017 was already up

True. Like I said I miss out on all that. Last year when equities was up, I didn't give chase because is useless. Unit trust still holds stocks so unit trust can't escape when market tanks as proven recently.

Because I bought my PRS when price was down which was during early 2017. After that didn't topup anymore as price keep shooting up. My buying price was 0.92xx

so what made you bought in early 2017?.....the price 0.92 was how much % cheaper from the high before you bought (that time)?
