But how can it suxs with respect to its benchmark and yet is one of the best performing UTF in FSM universe? And the answer is: 1) Benchmarking is not the be all and end all of how good a UTF is 2) We poor Malaysians are so devoid of good exposure to US market that the best fund we have is an underperforming fund with respect to the benchmark.
