subscribe zerolution + upgrade + insurance plan with samsung note5 last year and was told i can change new phone after 12months. went to Maxis center today with "gong xi fa cai" face but then was told i can choose any new phone after handover back my note5 in good condition.

but .........
new phone come with new phone price + new 24 months contract. which mean the money i pay for the last 12 months was a rental fee + contract. what i understand before and after i sign the plan is totally different story. i feel my ears suddenly open up and i can hear many voice .... sohai!!! sohai ar!!!! sohai!!!

i will pay whatever the penalty is to port out. lesson learned.
