Quite similar setup as yours, tomahawk ( B550 thou ), ID cooling AIO and ARGB fans. What case is that ?
zotac 3080 trinity OC vertical set on base ( lian-li's vertical GPU kit ) so I only can fit 1 intake fans at far end of car. How's your GPU temperature ( idle and load ) ?

Lian Li PC-O11. Not user friendly and poor CPU cooler clearance for the price. I assembled it for my friend.

He is using Lian Li Dynamic O11. For your Lancool 2 required this GPU vertical mounting bracket

That case is designed more suitable for custom watercooling.

yes RTX is PCIe 4 ; but basically it only use PCIe 3 bandwidth.. so no difference

like you drive a vios/city (RTX) but you fill up RON 100 petrol (pcie 4).. no difference in performance

so no problem to use PCIE 3.0 riser

That RM219 is extension cable + bracket, so if you buy extra PCIE4.0 extension will be RM219+RM200 = RM419

I had the mobo lights stay on for a while, then it somehow resolved itself.
Are your mobo lights on as well or just the CPU fan?

As other already replied, lian-li O11 dynamic, with lian-li's vertical GPU kit.
For me, it's easy to assemble and good cable management. I would take O11 dynamic mini, if it can take full size PSU.
CPU air cooler clearance looks bad yeah, but this case more for water cooling I think, giving that 9 120mm fans capability.
I have issue with this with my B550 mobo.
3080 not able work properly, even if able to boot into Windows.

After some advice from forumers, I test and tweak in bios to force PCI-E 3.0 speed on PCI-E 16 slot, then solve the issue.
I believe current card not able to fully utilized 3.0 speed yet, so I'm perfectly happy now.

One disadvantages thou, that vertical GPU kit installed on the base of casing, thus blocked 2 120mm fans, and thus disallow more cold air intake.

Try holding shift and click shut down button from start menu (windows button ->power -> hold shift + click shut down).
If this works, it's probably the "Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options\System Settings" -> "Turn on fast startup (recommended)" enabled and causing this due to possible caching after shutdown.

Did anyone facing the CPU fans RGB light not turn off after power off the PC.

I face this issue after upgrade Windows 10 to 20H2. Before this in Windows 10 version 2014 never had this issue.

I am using X570 AORUS PRO WIFI MB.
