Hamsters, especially the dominant ones hate it when you place fingers at the cage bars.... they also dislike people putting fingers in front of their face. Natural instinct make them bite. Always offer the back of your hand or a fist for a hamster to smell first and then only pick it up.

Must understand, hamster got poor eye sight and they mostly act on instinct. Hamsters can only see clearly at things 6cm in front of them, further than that or things right in front of their faces they cannot see.

kcng: best u buy home breed hamsters.. they are more tame and healthy. not to say pet shop not Good but.. if ur lucky enough u can buy once they take in new stock.. if not .. then choose properly lo.

haiya..one of my robos dunno laa how to trim her nail..so panjang2 one and she the clumsy type..l ast time when she gave birth, she dunno how to take care of her babies..only the papa who take care of them(papa bring the pup to safer place-she put her babies at the wheel and she keep running and the pups tergolek2..she seam dont know how to take care of the pup-not like the other one that in my avatar -same age -who really care about the pups)..last2..all pups died because she never give them milk..papa only can give them food but they still babies maa..kenot eat food yet..need milk....her body oso so kecik2 one..bantut ..because all my pups now oredy bigger than she is..she oso love to kacau other robos..she will bit other's perut if they dare to kacau her running on wheel..everyday jaga her wheel..nobody can run on it(i have to put other wheel)she love to conquer one place(now she is conquering one cage..no one can enter...so the other only can play inside the other cage..luckily i did attach both two cage using tunnel.)..and when the others are sleeping..she will start the fight(they just playing around)..because she is the most hyper active, maybe that makes her body so small and kurus..so nakal laa...this mornin she dare to kacau my mama bubuye(the one tat same age with her) sleeping..haiyaa..so nakal laa

Mealies was not that much protein la. Just a lil fattening for them. As for SP dont have arh? hmm.... I'm not sure pet shack got or not. its in Mentary there.

last time my old syrian...i let him out everyday..walk on my table...she love to walk around my room...and theres once she sneak into my shirt while i was sleeping...

sometimes i put him inside the ball and let him walk around, sometime let him freely walk around but ofcos in some place where there is no hiding place... later hard to catch him

Today just let charm roam on mah bed while i was unpacking my books. Those short bed la.
One moment i saw him movin around and curiously exploring. turn my eyes off him less than a few sec, he's half way climbing down the floor clinging on my bed sheet

Hahah... Charm is an explorer. He cannot sit still wan. If I place him on my palm while sitting, he will climb up my arm, fall onto my lap, then walk off and climb up again.

No, the food won't go soft or anything. It is seeds and pellets, not potato chips mah hahah. He only needs 1 tablespoon a day only.

V5 haven't loh.... hahaha... soon soon.
