Just spoke to them. They asked me to submit to Putrajaya directly. They also mentioned there would be a second launch of this project in the near future as they are left with 100+ units unsold.

I am hoping to get a unit facing north and closer to the OUG neighbourhood (as opposed to MEX highway).

heard there are some units available due to rejection of housing loans. fingers crossed nice units will become available again.

balloting is likely to take place in August. developer is still waiting for more tawaran to be made by the Kementerian.
