then do u think jalan ampang will flood? i worked in citibank before, everytime raining, there will be announcement asking all the owner to drive their car out from basement...

The 50% slot is almost fully taken by Non Bumis, while the other 50% is reserved for Bumis- but was not fully taken yet (about 30 units taken only so far).
