But I tot bank can offer 100% loan also
Other than downpayment
I think rumahwip offer good location, reasonable price , and practical size and layout for own stay

So those who cannot save up or borrow that 30k, they will just have to buy sub-sale property la. Not financially strong enough to have 30k cash maybe rent somewhere else first also can.

i dont see any agent doing this project yet.
so i apply online and send document to putrajaya through mail.

I think you guys should "find developer" to ask/pay the deposits. You'd understand it's "very important" later.

my friend bought 737 happy garden WIP.
he sent document to putrajaya, then developer will contact him and submit deposit to developer.

Advice to everyone. Apply straight through developer easier. Just do online submission via rumahwip website. Everything else through developer. If they collect booking fees, PAY. seriously you will know later on that paying will secure you a unit (if you pass all DBKL assessment).

agreed with this totally..... u cant get a unit if u just passed the dbkl assessment.... and only decided to book one subsequently... thumbup.gif thumbup.gif
