Hi Kenny, damacai Jackpot is very easy to understand. In order to strike 4D Jackpot 1 (currently RM 23 millions +), your numbers have to be a combination of two of the top three winning numbers (1st, 2nd and 3rd).

E.g The result came out like this...
1st: 6854
2nd: 6468
3rd: 1417

Hence the combination to strike the jackpot is...
- 6854 + 6468
- 6854 + 1417
- 6468 + 1417
- 6468 + 6854
- 1417 + 6854
- 1417 + 6468

First of all, Congrats to you. Regarding dmcGO, I would say it totally depends on your luck. Do u realised that 4D Jackpot 1 was won on last Sunday draw? The ticket actually was bought from the dmcGO app.

According to damacai past Big Winning records from early 2017 to as of to date, 22% of them were bought from dmcGO (Source: https://www.damacai.com.my/big-winning/ ). Personally I feel that the percentage is quite high if you compare the number of dmcGO user in Malaysia with the number of people that buy number at the counter. Hi. You can just click the "Withdraw" button on the app and key in your bank detail. The money will be in your account after 3 days.
But if you strike any Jackpot games worth more than RM 200K, you have to go to Damacai HQ in Wisma Genting for the withdrawal.
On the other hand, for other games, there's no withdrawal limit using the app.

Hi. Don't worry about this because you can only withdraw your winning amount by bank transfer using the app into your own bank account. Damacai will check the IC number of the customer and make sure it matches the IC number registered for the bank account.

Hi. There are 2 ways you can top up your dmcGO credit :
(1) Using your online banking from the app -> Click the "Top Up" button -> Choose your top up amount -> Choose your bank. Kindly note that only Public Bank, RHB and Hong Leong bank offer RM 0 charges for the top up. If you intend to top up using other banks, just select FPX. The charge is RM 0.64 (inclusive GST) for every transaction, or
(2) Any damacai counter. Just prepare the money and write down your phone number on a piece of paper.
