I'm a skinny guy trying to put on size, I started weightlifting months ago and I want to ask whether sleep deprivation will affect mass gains? Due to my busy schedule, I sleep only 5 to 6 hours a day and then woke up straight away weightlifting already.

I sleep 5 to 6 hours a day, too, but I still grow. At least 8 hours of sleep is recommended. Make sure to look into your diet and exercise. Should be quality.
