Just wondering if any of you have done this transaction from EPF?

For example, i have previously taken out all money from Account 2 purchasing my first home and now currently building up again. Below is my situation:

1. Current account 2 amount: rm 4000
2. Housing Loan Monthly installment : rm 3100

Question is :[U]

Will EPF divide my account 2 amount with 6 month : rm 4000/6 = RM 700 (Monthly given to me)

OR

Will EPF divide my account 2 amount with my housing monthly installment : rm 4000/3100 = 1 month. (Can only cover my installment for one month only)


P/S: I have inquired EPF and while waiting for their reply, i just wanna hear your experience.
