Murad AHA/BHA Exfoliating CleanserIngredients:
Water (Aqua),
Sodium Laureth Sulfate,
Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Jojoba Esters, Acrylates Copolymer, Glycol Stearate,
Butylene Glycol, Sodium PCA, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, Glycolic Acid, Lactic Acid, Salicylic Acid, Polyquaternium-4, Sodium Hydroxide,
Sodium Chloride, Citric Acid, Disodium EDTA,
Phenoxyethanol,
Methylparaben,
PropylparabenWater (fillers), SLS, alcohol, Parabens.......No offense, but seems like you put loads of toxic on your face. Pretty sure it's the same for the serum as well.
If you'll be visiting cold countries, especially post-winter, you need A LOT of moisturizer. By moisturizer, I'm not referring to the words printed on the product label. Look at the ingredient & see what's in it that's moisturizing your skin.
If you want to recover from a break out, you need stuffs that heals your skin. You're probably better off rubbing freshly cut aloe vera on your face than using those chemical-laden stuffs.
Lastly.....before buying those RM400+ stuffs, cannot sample it a bit first? People buy less than RM100 stuffs also asking for samples already.
I appreciate your reply but I'm well equipped with proper adequate knowledge as mentioned above. I know ingredients and et cetera.
I just want a new owner for these 2.
Hmm you know what cures my acne? Seawater. Idk. It's not a popular remedy but it's one hell of a healer. I know sunbathing is bad yada yada but during breakouts I lather myself in minimal sunscreen (cos I'm acne prone) and just lay there and soak up the sun for a couple of hours.
One weird thing though, when I take seawater home with me, it just doesn't work the same. It's like I HAVE to tan and soak in the water. And tanning somehow makes me feel healthier. Could be related to my hormonal imbalances. I wonder.
I don't mind going dark. I love tan lines and they heal my scars better than anything. Plus who wouldn't love walking around in tanlines like a Californian babe

And of course diet and water. Right now my breakouts are recovering from regular strenuous sweating at the gym and clean dieting. But I still need to hit the beach sometime end of this week for better recovery.
Anyway.
I do collect samples but like I said I was despo. It was cny and stores were closed and all SAs were telling me was "oh we don't have samples for this, but we have some from the other range" and even if I'd used samples over CNY, I'd break out anyway. Samples never get along with me.
You have to understand my thought process as well. I was ENTITLED to 2 vouchers if I purchased these mofos. And I LOVE VOUCHERS.
And I had no time to drive down to the beach. So. Lo and behold... the penny wise pound foolish airhead in me was willing to experiment with the skin like a lab rat. But let me back up a lil bit.. I haven't actually lost that much. I got pretty good vouchers for treatments.
I hardly use harsh chemicals on my face. Like, I use LUSH and have very basic facials. On my counter as of now I have nothing more than a cleanser, toner & moisturiser.
At the beginning of my post I did mention prior to this awful incident my face condition wasn't concerning.
I should've listened to my gut feelings. My heart was somersaulting and churning inside out when I started facials with Murad. I wanted to go back to Clarins. I'm not a fan of acids (I'm a bit of a minimalist too- hence LUSH and basic 123. I even rinse my hair in vinegar).
But I've seen great results on my friends and Murad salon customers... even those acne-prone ones.
Whenever I get bad reactions from products I usually end up using them as a foot mask and looks like these 2 Age Reforms will share the same fate. I'm already using their Age Reform moisturiser samples on my nails and cuticles.
At this point I'm more than willing to let them go at half the stated prices. I just want them gone and who knows, they could serve their new owner well. I don't mind giving away for free either.
If they don't work, just keep passing them on. Think of them as the gifts that keep on giving.
Maybe not. Idk. They could be great foot scrub and mask.
Oh. So I've mentioned I'm an airhead, yeah? I paid RM3.6k for facials (good for one and a half years) and now feel like giving them up.
