hi everyone,

im newbie here. actually im also looking for tinting for my new sedan car. Before this i've did some research on few brands & their pricing. so i wish to share with you.

1) v-kool elite - rm1700 (5 yrs warranty)
VLT - 73.2%, UVR - 99%, IRR - 94%

one of the best tint & long enough in market but heard people complaint it will get rusty after few yrs. some said got problem with smart-tag but again some said no problem. unsure.gif

2) ecotint ray barrier - rm1530 (10 yrs warranty)
VLT - 63%, UVR - 99%, IRR - 95%

just one question on ecotint ray barrier, the visible light transmittance (VLT) is 63% whereby JPJ requirement is 70% on the front screen. so how they claim they comply with JPJ requirement? if anyone know, pls help to clarify. unsure.gif

3) rike-cool (RC 80/RC 63) - rm1400 (6 yrs warranty)
RC80 - VLT - 80.7%, UVR - 99.6%, IRR - 83.2% for front screen
RC63 - VLT - 65.3%, UVR - 99.6%, IRR - 92.3% for side/ back

this brand i seriously consider bcoz its claim smart-tag friendly and moreover the warranty can be transferable to other name. but its not so popular if compare with v-kool or ecotint. unsure.gif

VLT - visible light transmittance, UVR - ultra violet rejection, IRR - infra red rejection

for all the price i got is actually after discount.

any advise which one more value for money?

good day. thx. smile.gif
