The used car I bought was done with v-kool too. When it has to send to Puspakom for inspection, all window film will have to be removed. So far what I have learned from the runners is, Puspakom always insist on clean windows, no film allowed.

So when I went to Window Tinting shops, I asked them about this too.

When they said JPJ compliant, meaning if you were stop during a road block and been tested and fail the window tint test, those shop will pay the saman for you.

BUT if you send into Puspakom for inspection, then such warranty do not apply.

Just sharing this with everyone, I have yet to get an answer from shop owner that they are willing to bear the cost for Puspakom removal.
