I see a lot of goldish tints on the cars outside. It's hard to see inside becos of the reflection. What tint is this? Is it good?

Advise needed. Considering between these 2. Budget 1k for Myvi Lagi Best. Solar + security tint. Both are VLT 63% UVR 99% IRR 95% 7MIL Thickness.
