QUOTE(jansonChan @ Jun 30 2012, 02:21 PM) Hi all, I'm using the Huber optik for my new fiesta. So far so good. but the workmanship is terrible, every single window have bubbles cause by dust. I request to change and the answer is just it is normal. WTF! At the end, manage to change for 2 windows, but the workmanship is even worst than before. For those who stay in Penang, please think twice when u want to go to Breyton, Krystal point. May be they think 1.5k is rather cheap for them and no need to take it serious. When was the tinting done? You should complain directly to the lady boss.. QUOTE(dmaestro @ Jun 30 2012, 06:41 PM) hi, guys any recommendation for a brand, budget below 1k? and my location is in penang, shop recommendation would be very helpful too. thanks Agard, Ais-Kool or Cool World should be okay for you..

QUOTE(Zack Styler @ Jul 2 2012, 11:17 AM) Since you an expert in this field, what's your opinion on USA vs Korea films? Since price so much difference? Good quality USA = Heat rejection drop few % after half/year and Film life longer. Normal quality USA = Heat rejection %drop faster than Good quality USA film after half/year and will discoloring/fade but better than Korea film. Korea = Heat rejection drop very fast after fews month & will discoloring/fade/bubble.

but I guess some cheap ones do last as well, I think so. Last time, my hubby tinted my wira, this was 7 years ago, at brothers for only RM300.
till now no fade or bubbles, and the cooling effect are still okay. it came with 5 yrs warranty.

Hi all....
I have now come to a problem.
My Vios is tinted with vkool55 all sides and back + vkool70 at the front.
I am using Garmin Mobile XT with Nokia5800... There is totally no signal at all
Does anyone here is manage to get GPS working inside those tinted? The tint shop no give money back gurantee. so I am not able to take the tint out..
Please advice on the GPS model ... I prefer Garmin as there are more data for kampung area.
Thanks. and Cheers.

My Accord tinted with V-kool Elite for all screen (I guess this is what you called vkoo70) and used Omnia with Mobile XT before, and now using Iphone 4 with Garmin StreePilot onBoard. both served me well.
But Omnia will take longer time to detect the current location.
