per subject above, i have a DBKL assessment under my name, but originally the mailing address was to other state (hometown address). since moving here permanently to KL, i'm planning to change the mailing address for DBKL Assessment so that i can receive the physical bill/invoice in timely manner. i saw the Assessment Invoice for Jan-Jun 2017, behind has an area to change the mailing address. Is it this easy to submit? Any other documents needed? I just visit any DBKL branch to submit it? Thanks for any advices

Thanks for any advices Fill up the form and head over to the office, take a number and be prepared to wait for eternity :haha: Whatever it is, the process is fairly simple. Bring the completed forms over and make sure you already settled the outstanding. Oh! don't forget to bring along your MyKad as well. Strange though, usually assessment bills are send straight to the property address :hmmm:

They are only ones that can do a system update on the records. by the way, if you need any utility bill then you don't need to do it physically or get in contact with the tenant actually. go to the TNB website and sign up with their web portal, you can do everything there including payment and print out latest bills. super convenient.
