to all property sifu, please confirm if the rpgt tax year start from the day we sign our snp?

for example, if i sign a property on year 2010, means on 2016 no rptg tax charge for me? please advice. i did my homework by sesrching bout this in google, mostly say from the day you sign snp....but i just wana reconfirm here...thanks...

March, 2010 - sign SNP

March, 2011 - 1st year 30%

March, 2012 - 2nd year 30%

March, 2013 - 3rd year 30%

March, 2014 - 4th year 20%

March, 2015 - 5th year 15%

March, 2015 onwards - 0%

Please confirm if this is the correct calculation?
