Hello, is anyone able to registed for a hotlink sim from the link above? i tried with all my family IC number also cannot.

I have never had maxis number before but i did have a few hotlink prepaid number before.

My mother is ex maxis postpaid user, and my dad is maxis home broadband current subscriber

all of our ic number cant be used to verify this purchase, if increase the last digit of ic number by 1, which invalidates it, I can proceed with the purchase

anyone know how to fix this?
