I am new to Port in online, I want to port in to hotlink 365 from celcom prepaid.after I entered my tac code, the system took me to maxis face id page(with a qr code), how do I scan my IC using that qr code?

Received port out confirmation sms.at 430pm.and didn't notice it until.6:30pm on the same day. And it was too late and has expired, what to do?
