- If 5/32 means the thing is #5 of 32 different versions of the series.

But the numbers can also mean scale size. But usually they use 1:5 big or 1:32 small. The bigger the second set of number, the smaller it is.

Yeah. Thats why i put example of scale. Assuming he know 1:64 scale. Or very big 1:4 scale model RC vehicles.
