Date of transaction: 27th October 2016

Details of the complaint :

I bought 4 windows 10 Activation key (RM69.90 per key, RM279.60 in total) from MUDAHBELI (Don't know his real name) on 27th October 2016. Key was given by seller on the spot as well. during 16th January 2017 (2 weeks ago), I was informed that those keys might be MSDN keys and it is require for mod/admin/staff to verify with Microsoft side. The end result was all 4 keys provided by MUDAHBELI was MSDN keys with expiry date. MUDAHBELI had confess and agreed that buyer who get MSDN keys will be refuneded 100%.

I tried to send MUDAHBELI a PM but it was unable to reach him and thus i whatsapp him personally. At first he received and read my message but then few hours later i was no longer able to reach him. (whatsapp message call) While trying to reach him again, I'm raising a dispute case to seek for assistance. I could screenshot and PM the keys if necessary. Thanks.
