Hey guys, me and Yoroi was kicking around this idea and here's our first result http://soapbox.msn.com/video.aspx?vid=ea8f...e3-9204c689d086We had to do all recording off screen because we don't have a nice video capture card, and the noise is bad because we don't have a mic for the video camera. No graphics card?? I dont care for effects....but as long as the vid described how the game plays and feels....thats a good game video...  |

actually the new few episodes will be a much shorter.. we just wanted to do a test and see if you guys wanna see more...
so if you wanna see more... say so... oh we also wanna talk to xbl gamers to find out what they like and don't like about the games and the whole xbox scene... marau and i are even sponsoring gifts to be given away for those gamers interviewed... the gift for the next episode are some super mario bros sound drops from play-asia...
oh there will be some blooper clips uploaded soon...

nice work guys, a great start for sort of a community based video game show.
as for the noise... i suggest using direct line-in to record the game sound, record the voice over separately and remix in post-production.
and yes... i wanna see more

One of the problems of having to do post production is that it takes time to sync up everything and we're just 2 working guys sharing some fun here so it's tough to do that, next time we'll try and minimize noise more.
The reason there's so much noise in this ep is because we forgot about a fan in the back that was blowing straight onto the camera.

yoroi, this is what u were talking about on Sat nite is it? Sorry I couldn't make it to the show. You could have used my videocam SR100E which records to HDD in 16:9 (or 4:3) + 5.1 audio. If u had told me I would have left it with u.

Dude.. we're using my SR60E which is the same as yours but with cheaper optics and sensors. Now.. if you have a Bluetooth MIC that would be another question lar  |
