How you did that? How much for 4mb before upgrade? Rm140? How long have you subscribed to 4mb before upgrading?

Before this i subscribe 4gb for rm149, been using streamyx for 2 year

By threatening to end subscription or just ask for free upgrade? I've upgraded from 512kbps to 4mb on january. Dunno if i can upgrade for free

I just call TM yesterday to ask abt my connection problem and then might as well asked abt the 8mbps (since that's the highest speed u can get in my area...) Then the girl from TM said i need to paid RM160 and 2 years contract for the upgrade. I said I'll think abt it.

I'm sadden by this thread. Most of you guys get to upgrade to 8mbps and some get to enjoy both Unifi and TIME while I'm here limited to only 4mbps and no sign of possible upgrade. Be it 8mbps or Unifi. No Fibre Cables installation nearby and no signs of TM White Boxes. In the article 2014, it mentioned we will have more Fibre Optic Ports in the coming 4 years time and my area Penampang was included. Til now no sign of Fibre Optics being or undergo installation. Just hope by the time mentioned, 4 years, in 2018 there will be Unifi at my area.

Living near CKS Millenium, not playing the gaming though, not much of a gamer. Somehow I may be getting UniFi soon since I saw two agents promoting it at the taman opposite to mine and they say a project is going to launch soon but they will have to meet the management of my taman first, so it's still not a 100% sure thing yet.

Wait for a few months... SKR1M undersea cable should be completed in mid-2017 and it will give bandwidth to Kuching. Abang Jo will then spend another RM1bil for Sacofa to build the network. we can't rely on Telekom Malaysia!
