camber screw scam? tyre shop

Last i do my tyre alignment from any tyre shop, 90% sure ask to add this chamber screw, cost like rm30 per pcs, required 2 pcs.
So usually for car alignment and balancing cost like rm50 + this rm60 chamber. After bought new car, just straight away do alignment and balancing at SC for rm70 which without this chamber scam unit. Found most tyre shop at Bandar baru bangi have this scam practices.
If we not agreed, they will said no guarantee for not straight steering |

Settled mine by sending at sc for tyre alignment plus balancing. Paid rm80 for all, best part no screw camber required

if we change the screw camber thingy, will it effect on the car original suspension?
