Maxis VoLTE, When will maxis having this features?

may i know how maxis’s volte work?
when i called to other mobile number, signal drop to 3G still. my phone setting already enable volte when i insert maxis sim card. last time with UM, no problem with volte. |

my hotlink postpaid still cannot get volte although phone setting can turn on.
make calls still 3G. lazy to contact maxis anymore |
