ASUS problems sent to Highpoint
Acer problems sent to highpoint (mbo prob ? no warranty ? RM700 average they give you recon mbo..6 month warranty....98% who purchase the recon or highpoint called it “refurbish” will die after the 6 month don’t think it will last more then a year… due the mbo they give you from previous customer ….
What I mean by previous customer … lest say u sent on feb..found mbo problems need to replace..they will sent your mbo to Taiwan to repair..it will take about 1month..of cause you cant wait that long rite..so he give you the repair mbo that already repair 1-2 month back.. the mbo should be 99.9% from others customer so this how they rotate the mbo.. that’s why when you sent the nb for repair in few weeks of month you will get other problems due to the mbo or several item they recon previously have different problems… …
If you got warranty ? is the same thing …recon MBO hahaahh , different is you don’t need to pay rm700 but u will keep coming for several problems.. so if you nb new still warranty ..just a USB faulty just keep don’t sent to them..they give you recon mbo that previously have more issue than ur USB
GOOD Luck Acer user…. Btw how I know this …..i used to work there .and every day you can see people jumping and screaming at the counter….
