if you have an open casing/transparent casing then always go for the better looking one (in this case, Asus).

i was previously considering between Gigabyte or Zotac because Zotac is slightly cheaper but ended up with Gigabyte cause it looks better than somehow, the brand gives me that assurance.

The chipset is the same, all from nVidia so they are all reliable.

The only difference is the "packaging" and by packaging, I am referring to each "producers" different tweaks like clock speed etc etc. Obviously, higher clock speed would mean better performance hence more heat.

The only noise from the 1050Ti is the fan's noise when it kicks in only on occasion when the GPU overloads itself but most of the time, you wouldn't even notice its there.

I highly doubt weather temperature would affect the GPU since it spent 100% of its time in the casing anyway. I'd put more effort in ensuring there are ample space in the casing and sufficient fans to assist the cooling of the GPU, although the GPU also has 2 fans on it.
