Can 770 run gsync hmm.gif

Dont think my 5 year old card can run beyond 144hz doh.gif
So you saying 30fps @ 144hz is way better than 30hps @ 60hz laugh.gif hmm.gif
*
Yes, 770 should be able to support gsync. My old 660 Ti is also possible.

gsync requires display port, some cards don't have the port even though qualify for gsync,

When you have to browse/review 1000 or more photos when back from ONE outing  laugh.gif  every milliseconds matter  biggrin.gif  Processing took few seconds only but still, less is always better. Sometimes during processing, system slow down too much when have too many task in background ( torrents, many many Chrome pages, video playing etc  tongue.gif  )
Also I have slow DDR3 8GB. Not sure but mobo with old SATA chip cant handle anymore, or processor cant handle too many storage connection ? I had 6 SATA ports connected ( 2 SSD ).

So logical path for me are more cores, more threads, faster RAM, more memory, faster SSD, maybe better SATA  puke.gif   moneyflies.gif

Haiya, buy one more rig just for photo processing or gaming. kautim !

One for gaming and one for work brows.gif

so.. let say..

1080ti is sweet sport for 60fps 4k.
1070 is sweet spot for 60fps 1440p.
1060 is sweet spot for 60fps 1080p

so where should we put 1080?  sweat.gif  hmm.gif

Simple lor,

1080 is a better spot for above 60fps, 1440p. rclxms.gif

I see... I'm still thinking about it. Now X34a cost RM 4,699. Last month was RM 4,299.  cry.gif

What GPU are you using at the moment?
Hah.. I'm one of them now. Go Ultra wide but not many games supported it natively right now. Go for 27" IPS 1440p like a small upgrade from my current 27" TN 1080p.

Prefer playing on a big screen. Despite only getting 30 FPS on my PS4, I'm still enjoying playing games on 50" LED.
*
A quick search at lelong the lowest X34a price is RM 4,369.00. Might still have old stock some where.

I am happy with my 27" IPS 1440p monitor. It will last me for years. Which also means I don't need to upgrade high/top end GPU for next round unless hands itchy laugh.gif .

Right now I'm still waiting for Witcher 3 sales on Steam. Hah

Doom I will definitely picking it up when on sales as well!  rclxms.gif
Doom is greatly optimized I think. Looks great even running in GTX 1060 3gb!

Thanks for your feedback as well.
I'll stick to 27" if I were you. My hands are itchy, wanna try 1440p after purchasing GTX 1070. Grahpic Cards already expensive then need to add 1440p monitor. The price can build a new PC already.  doh.gif
*
Yeah I will keep my 27" monitor for a long time. Speaking of which, I have two more months instalment to go for the monitor. Time pass so fast biggrin.gif

Witcher 3 and Doom also in my wishlist too, hope to get it soon.

Stay tune in 3 more months time sale hahahaha

All thanks crappy paper money doh.gif doh.gif

1070 with 1440p 60hz non ultrawide is what i got now laugh.gif laugh.gif

Dont think i can go deeper any longer unless i play FOREX to be rich faster with higher risk rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

I am still thinking whether to upgrade Kabylake. By the time Cannonlake come out, it will be more expensive due to forex rclxub.gif
