not sure how much the gtx 1060. but if its RM1.4k - 50% = RM700.
miner rig is operating in a more extreme condition than normal - 24/7 - constant high load/heat surrounding and etc.

yeah, you can claim. the additional hassle on your side then. hence, the max. $$ you can offer to seller.

I would suggest 1070/1080. its better to overkill and have the gpu able to play at max settings longer than keep downgrading your graphic settings every year.
A RM2.6k 1080 is a good buy for me.
*the above only applies if you plan to use your gpu more than 3 years.

even the monitor you using also cost $1399 at SG. hence, i'm very reluctant to upgrade monitor for now.

cheapo Bkyski - China brand but quality not bad.
only cost me SGD$16 or <RM50. 180mm come with led. (exclude delivery). my delivery for around 3-4kg only cost me SGD$20. reach my doorstep within 5 days.
*that delid CPU thing on-top of the heat-gun only cost me $2 sgd

just FYI, barrow fittings quality is better than bkyski for me.

surprisingly my Dell u2713hm able to OC up to 90hz. and push my 1080ti to 80% ish gpu utilization.
but tearing is here and there on character facial. just tested it on ME:Andromeda.
decide to just cap it at 75hz until i get proper cooling on the gpu.

Agree. Except oc out of box, every single 1080ti reach the same max OC. Not like lightning Z can reach 2.3k core clock pulak.

its either i did not follow gpu tech closely or the gpu advancement is so great than R290 / GTX780ti time....
running my 1080ti under water for the first time and gaming load is just hover around 37C on SQUAD. (Idle at 30C. Stock FE idle at 36C)

will try on more game later tonight. damn, even my R290 under water reach 70C....
somehow i think my new 360mm rad did contribute to the lower temp.

wta, what kind of double sided tape that can stick a backplate yet won't leave any residue on the GPU PCB.
can't use back the stock FE backplate due to the screw used by barrow is fatter/normal size.

some double sided tape i used before will be too hard to be remove and will leave the glue. (nvr try on gpu)
