anybody worried that amanah saham 1 malaysia will return a dividen less than 6 percent, or worse be declared bankrupt fund due to bad investments like 1mdb?

got 9k just now

managed to get another 10k in ASM3, the previous 9k was for ASM2-wawasan

got another 10k ASM2 wawasan, target reached for today

of course it is? why wouldnt it be?

dividen will be counted for 11/12 months if bought just after the dividen distribution in the case of asm3 because dividen checks balance on the 1st of the month
for asm 2, the dividen will also be counted on the 1st day of the subsequent month when you buy. so you will have less dividen when declared, for example, i bought today so will get 10/12 months only since dividen was declared 30th august vs 11/12 for asm3 and the next dividen check for asm2 will be on the 1st of november


best investment strategy for FP ASX will be to try and get all 3 funds so that dividends will be declared 3x per year. doesnt matter when you get in, just get the target you want and forget about it for about 10 years or so.

guys, is it true, the indian quota in asm3 is gone? finished or no longer offered since the name change?

just managed to top up another 20k (10 in ASM2, 10 in ASM3). hope my time fishing was worth it next year

no, you will get 1/12 of the dividend rate

its like normal, no worries, with zeti as PNB boss, im sure we will do well next few years

i managed to go from 0 to six figures in about a week.
just bang the bigger numbers. your percentage for captcha success is about the same as the smaller numbers but at least you dont have to do it so often.
now moved on to other investments since i got my six figures in and wait for next years dividends and till ASM is open to be fished.
hoping for a non punitive budget since i know it wont be a good budget
