I updated my info at one of the asn agent banks last week. They gave me a form to fill in the new details I wanted to updated but then told me the update will not be done in real time. They have to send the form back to asn and let them do the update and told me it would take a few days. But after 1 week I try to register myself at the myasnb website still can't get thru.

How long does it take for your info to be updated?

Isn't dividends for asx funds calculated based on the lowest amount of the month?

If so, shouldn't early month be the best time to withdraw money?

month end already...not advantageous to sell now. most investors will be thinking - if can tahan few days, sell early next week la.

ya calculated based on lowest montly bal. so place on 2nd april is the highest opportunity cost

just now i got some units and choose fpx using maybank.

the transaction seem to went through but when it went back to ASNB website the generating receipt showed failed. my asw account was not credited but when i check my mbb account, the amount was already debited.

anyone faced this before? what should i do next? i can't remember what was written on the mepsfpx page, usually i just click next to go back to the myasnb website. so right now i don't have any transaction number.

hmm..now i got the email that transaction was successful. but the net balance is still not updated. well at least i got the transaction number now.

i guess i'll better refrain from any more buying till their system is stable.

i'm a little wary to buy more, in case another similar case happens and the errors pile up...

anyway i just email them with the transaction number that is not updated and ask them to check.
