This morning managed to open ASM account with RM100 at ASNB. Immediately register online and start topping-up ASM at office. Managed to get a total RM18,200 of new investment!

Even the ASNB staff this morning tried to fool me by saying no quota and asked me come back another day. Thanks to all the sifu here i said i'm going to take another number and wait. She immediately replied : Janganlah, saya cuba buka satu akaun untuk awak. I waited 5 minutes then she called my name and said managed to open ASM for me.

From RM100 this morning, I now have RM20k in my ASM account. Buying ASx now has never been easier.

Top up online while curi ayam at my office. Just keep trying and you will get some. Right now my balance is RM23,800 meaning RM23,700 is from online purchase just for today.

The best part is no need to see the counter clerk pulling a long face if someone keep trying at the counter!

Wah sifu you so garang meh? Me still newbie, dare not make big noise at asnb. It will a long time for me to step into an asnb office again becoz we can all now buy online.

I follow this thread for a long time but did not pull the trigger because I did not want to go agent bank/asnb to do top-up for units and then get rejected. After i learned that we can buy ASx thru asnb portal only now i decide to jump onboard the ship. Thanks to sifu all!

When i was at asnb queuing for info this morning, got one malay pakcik also garang the poor receptionist, asking her this and that about his asb. After garang the poor girl, he turned around and asked me 'Betul tak'. I scare he garang me too, so i just say 'Betul, betul, pakcik!' Actually I didn't even know what he complain?

One thing good being a newbie open account at asnb is they let you jump queue all the people there! When i got the ticket, right away my number was called though there was like 20 over people sitting and waiting for their turn. So for newbie wishing to open new account, your best place to go is asnb and now is the time!

I got 1200 units of ASM this afternoon. Out of bullets now till my next FD expire..

Mind to share which of your funds giving 17% returns?

ASM also got lots of units. Yesterday I got 5 figure too.

Actually every day also can get units. As long as you keep trying at myasnb. To get 6 figure units basically you just need around 3 days on average.

Maybe 3-4 hours a day. I just curi ayam from time to time at office also can get 20k+ units

Yes, that ea$y! Got $$$, got time, got computer/hp, just click3 and the unit are yours.

Only managed to grab 5000 units after almost an hour trying...

If bumi, sure can get one...no need to try for hours...

As i write this i have doubled up my ASM purchase today from 5k to 10k.

If im not mistaken ASW has racial quota bumi 51%, non-bumi 49%. If bumi sell, non-bumi cannot buy.

AS1M has racial quota bumi 50%, chinese 30% and others 20%. If bumi sell, non-bumi cannot buy.

ASM has no racial quota. If bumi sell, non-bumi can buy.

That's why ASM is easier to get. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Seems like I should stop top up ASM now...

Don't let them bullshit you. Tell them you know the drill. You will take a ticket, sit down and wait. If still don't have just take another ticket and wait. Your face must be thick then they will open at least one account for you. Good luck!
