Actually my main intention is to withdraw only. If its possible to do so without the book, I don't even need to go to ASNB office and waste rm10 lol

You can't do withdrawal without your passbook. You are still required to do thumb print the form and present your IC for withdrawal.

ASNB should allow customers to continue using their existing passbook until it reaches the last page, then only go for slip printing. For those new customers, they can straightaway go for non passbook. After all, am sure they are using same printer for both anyway.

So, if I had been topping up via M2U and/or myASNB, how do I get the latest summary of my transactions and account balance? Can I go to any agent banks and tell them to print me a statement?

Sorry can anyone advise me again what is the new SOP for deposit and withdrawal via counter? Have not done any transaction since the new process started.

To get an updated transaction statement, I understand that they will print on paper instead, and no more passbook. Are the deposit/withdrawal forms still applicable?

True.
Many people dont even know the existance of myasnb, even the staff of cimb staff in my place also didn't know it when i went to update my profile early of this year. I might be the first cimb customer in my town, who doing myasnb registration.

Not everyone is internet savvy especially the senior citizens. So of course preference is still on passbook and OTC transactions. My mother complains about the paper statements as in due time over the years, there will be stacks of the papers vs one passbook.

Look under Retail, not Commercial. m2u is on the most right column. I also got confused a bit when I started using the site.

Wow..
Kids rarely reach 200k..
Most likely, parents use their accounts 😈😈

Slowly later, adult limit also increase to 500k rclxms.gif

They should have increased the ASB adults limit first to encourage adults savings, before increasing kids account limit.

I think this myASNB is really addictive. Once transaction can go thru, there's the urge to find more bullets to top up smile.gif
