Because by default staff will open ASG/ASN3 for you. They will never open ASw, ASM, AS1M unless you ask for it. There's no such thing as general account. THe only thing same across all account is the same account no.
Looks like you didn't get your account after all (you can always check with the agents/asnb what account do you have)

Hmmm ... i think that is the case.
after the staff failed to secure any units for me, i heard she said words "zero units" to her colleague.
So I think my account was closed automatically.
If not, no matter what i shud at least get a document from her.
I will try other agents near my office, so i can try more often during lunch time, no need purposely take leave.
