as for as1m indian quota, a bit hard this morning as i was buying all available units up too. Small small amounts were only available until 11.20am. Then suddenly plenty of yunitss available ... 30k... 20k  someone sold big. so should have some units now i guess

ok, slightly understand now, thanks a lot for the clarification! i still have other queries 1) is there any withdrawal charges or some other hidden charges for ASx? 2) u stated that i dont know how much return i will get, but normally based on past record how much interest / dividend that we can earn? how difference the interest / earning compared to FD? 3) Is there any risk that we will get negative dividend / loss money since u say the return is unknown? 4) when will be return be known? every full month or every year? 5) is the return based on the amount of money u invest? let's say invest RM100k will have better % return compared to RM1000 like how FD works? 6) As i used to FD only, any precautions / important matters that i need to take note when invest in ASx? sorry for asking too much question

Yesterday (1/6), I asked the CIMB bank manager to open a fixed price ASx account for me, but she claimed that the fixed price ASx account can only be opened at the PNB office. Additionally, she said that CIMB only offer variable price ASx. Can someone kindly provide proof of purchase for fixed price ASx at CIMB? I am thinking that if I can show her some proof, perhaps, she will relent...Thanks.
