Did a withdrawal today. No need passbook, and no more manual black ink thumbprint required on the withdrawal slips for any withdrawal.

The thumb scanning/ reading machine replaces the primitive way of using the black ink pad thingy.

They have changed the system, the printer no longer programmed to print on the passbook.

The teller did not mentioned my iC / thumb can't read.
I don't know what previous practice, I just did mine last Friday

Only 1 orange form - fresh account number
Blue form - 1 fund 1 blue form
ASW , ASM & AS1M - 3 funds 3 blue forms.

I only managed to get ASM, a yellow slip return to us.
That's all.

1. Regarding EPF 1 juta...actually there is option to withdraw if u have more than 1 juta...e.g let say ur EPF balance 1.2 juta...then u can withdraw 200k..even u r below 55 yrs old...
if u decided to keep all 1.2 juta...u still will get dividend for 1.2 juta
