Got nothing to do with lesser available for public if they issue more units. Units are available because people sell it. So if they stop giving less unit but give cheque instead, harder to get as no one is selling.

Cannot. Need to go counter. Can choose asnb branches as that you can try until you get. Some let you open with 0 amount, some don't let you. After get account open, only can get Myasnb.

If don't have access to ASNB branches, aim to go for affin bank.
