Is it secure to top up via MyASNB portal? There are so many bogus website looking so innocently legit, just worried all the money went into scammers.

there is strong belief in majority Malaysian...anything related to govt is bad e.g. ASx, EPF, SSPN...even though u show them fantastic dividend history, tax relief, magic of compounding interest etc

they feel more confident towards banks rather than govt, and keep money in FD, even though lower return...

even for SSPN RM500 free bonus, masih ramai x percaya...some waiting to see whether me getting that  RM500 bonus or not 

Last Friday I tried to open ASM and ASW in ASNB KL Branch. The counter staff told me no need to try with ASM. almost impossible to get. And there is rumor among them that the management is planning something with ASM. Dunno true or not.

Me too just went to Menara PNB on last Thursday and managed only to open AS1M (I already have ASW) and was told that ASM was 'closed' 'tutup'. They did tried to open ASM for me in the counter for more than 20mins but still failed to get any response from ASM. Since then until now been keep trying to open ASM account with myANSB apps but no avail, while topping up for ASW & AS1m have no issue so far. Think the ASM is really 'tutup' for some reason...

Got some inside infor from a relative who will be withdrawing AS1M RMxxk tomorrow, most likely in the morning.

So some fishing trips tomorrow for some.

Got from my friend, ASM maybe allocate for certain bank as ASNB financial planning solution package to promote variable fund.

Ahh,... this statement finally comes,... yes, meaning people can exit this investment, but NOT allowed to buy-in anymore, in other words, this fund is not taking-in anymore new investors after somebody unloaded the units. As more and more people sell because they needed money, there will be fewer and fewer investors in this fund.

We really need to know PNB's plans for this fund,... should not keep using the dark like this.

I think maybe someone did a mistake in the system by allowing us to buy so much today. They forgot to block the 22 mil for the promo in the system.

I once transfer between my current account and maybank savers account  4 times in a day for each time 250k.

Soon I'm going to withdraw all my AS1M and move to ASW. I just don't want anything to do with 1M though I know it's not in anyway connected to 1MDB. I just hate the legacy of 1M.

I am already doing this on a daily basis by buying into ASW and disposing AS1M. Today I got RM5700 of ASW after disposing RM10k AS1M.

I think they charge for yearly or monthly just to maintain the nominee. I don't want to pay for that.
