So recently I have open 1 account for my newborn son through ADAM50.

If I wanna open an account for my 3 yo. daughter, will there any issue buying the fixed price fund? is it subject to the availability of the units? or can buy 50k max like my son account?

So for children account, the units are always available?

Means we cannot withdraw all and need to leave min 100 in the balance?

Maybe I should go find out from banks when I open one for my daughter that is not through ADAM50.

Yeah like usual. But not frequent top up. Usually near or after dividend date then top up 1 go for myself and also family members. Late july got 1 whole week only managed masuk 1000units. Bad week, literally nobody withdraw at that time.

Seems like everyone pun dapat fish.

Actually early I'm planning to buy leleong property for investment purpose , but during do research in lowyat realized that asnb better ,  cause property have to worry about rental , tenant and few years later building getting old have to maintain and etc. 

End up , lowyat forum lead me to here .

*Doesn't mean property can't make profit , just for my case , asnb more suitable for me .*

Its not wrong to reveal the scandal...but Mega scandal normally announced on friday evening after market closed or in weekend to minimize the impact on market...not announce in the middle of the week, while market open..normally big player will get news earlier than retailers...
