I called them 3 times so far, I mentioned already >2 weeks but still no update, she explained can't do anything, pending on account department to investigate, just wait.

my muka nipis, I still can remember how I open account at ASNB branch, he tried and said no units available, I ask him if can try one more time, he replied so many customers waiting, unfair to them (actually early morning ~~8.35am, only 2 customer there), he ask me go take number again, I straight go home. Come next day, got luck, 1st try ASM got 100units, ask him to try ASW, he ask me take number again, so I try Q again, 1st try get ASW 100units. Then cabut, don't want open AS1M anymore.

Actually he tried 2 times, he also talk quite polite, I greeted him selamat pagi, he also smile to me, just didn't want try 3rd time even I asked. 2nd day ASM was get from him too, ASW get from another young guy. Just don't understand why he keep asking me to try at bank on first day...
ASNB branch is better to open acc because not many ppls there before 9am, not need to wait so long.

ASNB office open at 8.15am and start transaction, it is easier to get those units left over day before, and counter transaction units, u just need 100 uints to open acc. Once bank open, ppls use MyASNB to sapu huge qty
I use MyASNB now but only try min 500 & above.

don't so happy, If those " 5%" withdraw due to tiered dividend is not attractive. So PNB will be left with fewer investor's money. it may collapse...
