Still slightly higher than mortgage loan interest rate, if lower = investors (who have housing commitment) will sell and park in mortgage loan instead of ASNB.

Assuming your age is young and income is stable without any further sudden life plan changes, you'd pay the monthly instalment as usual without touching your asx that generated fixed and steady returns.

Unless,
1) asx returns less than your mortgage loan interest.
2) gonna lower down the debt ratio to borrow another loan. (But I don't think it's a big deal, because asx returns can be taken into consideration as a part of "incomes".
3) going to retired, debt free is a must.

I always have no luck with asw, I got 1k asw the rest into as1m.
I think there was a lot of sellers during after election, thus it was much more easier to top up than now.

Thanks for the tips.
My portfolio is very heavy in as1m (I buy whatever available when I have the funds), thus I've not much of $$$ when asw matured date.
