If your holding is less than 30k. You better dont invest in foreign country like sgreits or what ever. But you want stock pile foreign currency that's ok lol.

Because the UT name is Bond fund lol. I always mistake at there. **perhaps too much day dream to qualify Sob sob.

Bank UT give good return without much headache like in FSM. Bank UT give 5.0 pa, and 9 cent increase in NAV. But initial SC is 3%. All in all quite worth it la.

FD is the Calm down pill, must more abit.


But basically in 2016 ASM, ASW, FD, Bank UT add liao average 7.5-8.00% pa.

FSM alone 10 - 12%

But FSM very very unstable. Still need time to learn....

ASNB FP quite amazing for me. But I wish they can make more aggressive investment in future.
