via CIMB ,finally , redeemed my ASG - KESIHATAN Unit for RM1.0519 after 14 years hibernating

then from 3pm - 4pm , click click myasnb - so many many times - GOT RM50K
for ASM - managed to get RM40K ( 10k each Click,
for AS1M - managed to get RM10K only )

then from 4pm - 5pm , ASM - managed to cap Rm30K ( one time click )   
but bank unable to process pyt due to exceeded limit for the day

anyone have done re-mortgage/re-finance to invest in Amanah Saham?

since there is spread of 2% between mortgage interest and amanah saham dividend...

furthermore mortage is reducing balance interest, while amanah saham is compounding interest..so the spread will increase over the year..

just came to mind this idea..please share your experience if anyone have done this..tq

someone who has high financial commitment..

Oh really..sorry i was inactive in lowyat for many years after forgot the username and password..just  managed to recover few days ago.

I updated my info at one of the asn agent banks last week. They gave me a form to fill in the new details I wanted to updated but then told me the update will not be done in real time. They have to send the form back to asn and let them do the update and told me it would take a few days. But after 1 week I try to register myself at the myasnb website still can't get thru.

How long does it take for your info to be updated?

Wow, I didn't know this is what property investment has gone into. To the point where rental is even lower than amanah saham dividend.

So basically, the only good property investment now is flipping.  I guess there are still many buyers around.
