I'm currently running FNB business which im manufacturing chinese arrowhead ( nga ku chips )

- I am the only manufacturer and largest company in malaysia that offer this chips with sour cream
- It's selling like hotcakes now even to sabah, kelantan, kuantan area and big company like NSK are requesting stock from me.

My question is, i'm pricing each packet at RM3.50 for retail and they sell it for RM4.50 plusminus

my cost for each packet is 2.51 for 40 grams

but because im new and expanding alot investors came and gave me many diffferent kind of offers but i think that isn't it better if i don't give out any equity? because i will slowly lose control of my company.

What do you think? RM4.50 for 40 grams and the first that have sour cream flavoured, this snacks only available during chinese new year but i am the very first and largest company that offer this even after CNY ( i have my way to make it available ) and because i need place to store it so my cost is higher..

any opinion ? please help me sifu

Try to get loan from bank, this way you can have total control of your business instead of letting the investor to come and interfere you, most of the time investor(s) are very aggressive in profit return, and your life will not be easy anymore.

ya.. at first wanted to get investors but then slowly i think it's not worth it, i need to have full control of my own company..

but if i have investors i can have more resources as i need to buy stock and keep for at least 1 year because this only available once a year i need to keep the stock..

im too young for a bank loan, im only 20 this year and i have no assets.. and true that many investors are aggressive in profit return and worse is they are taking equity from me which dissolve myself from my company, i want to be in control instead of letting others to direct me

Why don't you get your loan with your company name ? Show bank your accont . If you are earning , bank would approve your loan very fast

looks like your business is expanding faster than you can cope. With your young age, I can see a lot of things might be hard to handle due to experience.

I think it is best to look for someone to help you. Perhaps a relative or a friend whom you trust. However, never give out control of your company. If you get help or get investor, make sure you always have more than 50% control of your company.

You need to now go register a proper company. If you do not have money then register as sole proprietary or partnership (if you have partner). But always put your percentage of ownership higher than 51%. If you have the money, then register a SDN BHD. This is more important and will get you settled on long term running the company.

Goodluck in your business.
